Searching with a house number
Enter the house number, street name and postcode area (e.g. DT3) then hit Analyse.

Leave the number box empty, enter the street name and postcode area, hit Analyse. A map will appear. Zoom in to find your property. Once you can see it click 'I can see my property' and enter the number. Tip: ask the estate agent for the house number before you view.

  • Find a property on Rightmove or Zoopla first and use the street name and postcode from the listing
  • You only need the postcode area (e.g. DT3) not the full postcode
  • Reports cover 13 scored categories. Higher score means better
  • Personalise your report anytime using 'Update my preferences'
