Search addresses are used solely to generate property reports. We do not store your search history or share it with third parties.
Our reports use data from UK Government APIs, Land Registry, Police.uk, Ofsted, Ofcom, Environment Agency, Ordnance Survey and other public sources. Each source has its own privacy policy.
We use local storage in your browser to save your preferences (such as comfort mode and onboarding answers). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. We do not store personal data on our servers.
